FRSIS Day 1

Today is the first day of FRSIS. Until now I don't even know what kind of event that is until I reach there. The first activity starts at night. Everyone is broke into groups to make a chant. The chant should have 8 lines including the word "destruction". Kinda awkward when everyone was still shy but still we did it with full of energy. Other groups' chant was amazing. Singing, dancing, acting but my group just did a 8 line cheer while stomping our feet. Surprisingly we won.

FRSIS Day 2

The second day of FRSIS was probably the best. There's an industrial visit for everyone according to each sub-theme. Everbody is delighted. I went to the Greentech Malaysia's building and Panasonic Econation centre. Greentech's building has cool eco features. It has solar panels for power and rainwater harvesting for flushing the toilet and to cool the floor. No air conditioner in the building. Besides the tour, we had a treasure hunt around the building and won second. Next, I went to the Panasonic Econation centre which is very far away. It's a long journey from Bangi to Damansara so I had a long chat with Cha. Then I reached the Panasonic Econation Centre. I walked with Cha to almost everywhere. There I saw lots of energy-efficient products. TV, refrigerator, air purifier, dish dispenser and many other products. Then we took lots and lots of photos outside at the garden. Aahhhhh happy times. On the dark side of the day, we had to make a group discussion on our presentation but it didn't turned out pretty well as we wasted the time with laughing and gobbling a box of pizza.

aidilfitri 2011

both exams has ended. 27, 28, 29, 30! it's aidilfitri people. one of the happiest day on earth. this year, i celebrated eid at malacca for the first day. i met a clone of harry potter. he's totally the same. the hair, the eyes, the spectacles, even the smile! gosh. the second day, i had a swim before i fly to kota bharu. surprisingly, everybody was waiting for us. yeah, it's been some years i didn't celebrate there. on the fourth day of raya, i went back. need to study, study, study. pmr's gonna eat me!

i might be away for a couple of weeks this month. there's two exams straight in a row which i have to encounter. see ya!

maidas

last night was maidas(malam aspirasi ilmu dan apresiasi seni), also called as the art night. unlike last year's, this year's theme is marine! the stage was like a sea bed and all of the librarians was wearing blue. there were many great performance. as usual, 8th grade's musical comedy was the best. anyway, i was responsible for the slideshow for last night. i did a slideshow about corals, jellyfish and violent killer whales! unfortunately, my slideshow wasn't as good as last year's. i did brought my camera but i forgot to take photos. sorry peeps.

skywasher: the beginning

after quitting the first project, jamie oliverobot, which was a onion cutting, slicing, dicing robot, my team and i decided to build the first ever robot to wash the window, the skywasher! i'm so worried. there's just 2 weeks before the competition. i just hope i can make it this year. opps, back to work.
